As Principal of Neeraj Manchanda Architects (1989 onwards), projects include several residents and farmhouses, tourist forest lodge (Bandhavgarh M.P.), SOS children's villages (Rajpura, Hydrebad and Shillong), Gramavas (1995), retrofitting and redevlopment of Woodstock School, village schools for Lok Jumbish.

Research Interest: building systems, design and documentation in J&K for Department of Science and Technology, J&K; national level earthquake and wind resistant housing design
